The owner comes to every pets first appointment as an extra check on your pet to ensure things go well. I learned our cat was actually a short hair cat and grooming not recommended for now and to try a leave in conditioner which worked great. It saved money, got the job done and our cat is happy. It's hard to find businesses today that do the right thing over the quick sale, this one does.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Gary is the best. I think Gary really really loves dogs and cats. Not just for business. My Chowder Hates nail trimming. He usually cries and cries while nail trimming. But Chowder did not make a sound when Gary was trimming his nails. After 3 paws, Chowder was getting impatient and Gary stopped and walked around to calm him down. I never saw any other groomers taking time to calm him down. Gary sucessfully finished all 4 paws without Chowder going crazy. I was genuinely happy seeing Gary not being annoyed by my Chowder's fussiness. Thank you so much !!!

She walked in shaking but once Gary picked her up she was fine. Usually I hear her wailing from the other room when she gets her glands done but she was perfectly fine! The staff is very nice and it's super clean inside. This is now my dog's regular place for nails and glands!
